The puffy white cloud case

I stare at the screen blankly, I've been sitting here for hours; and I think that for hours, I've been staring blankly at the screen.  

Not a single productive thought, nothing. My head is a puffy white cloud, and it floats. And my body dangles from it, lifeless.
